Training Support
Do I need GDP Training?
Whether you take GDP training is no longer your choice. The updated European Guidance requires RPs to take regular training, and we recommend annual refresher training as a minimum. Where there have been no regulatory updates, consider something more specialised like Quality Risk Management or Validation Training. Click our Courses page to see what offerings we have.
How much will GDP training cost?
GDP training can vary significantly in cost. Common market rates are from £500 to £875 per person, per day (+VAT). Our face-to-face 2-day training courses will cost £1095 +VAT per person.
Paradigm can also work with you to build a bespoke GDP training session or try to merge you with some of your peers to significantly reduce cost and share experiences.

What is Good Distribution Practice?
In wholesale terms GDP means ‘Good Distribution Practice’ which regulates the movement of medicines or medical products from the manufacturer to wholesaler to ensure their quality and safety is maintained.
What is an Responsible Person?
An RP is a Responsible Person. They have oversight and responsibility for GDP within a wholesale operation, as well as for any interactions with third parties that the licence holder deals with. The RP can delegate duties to suitably trained personnel but can not do this with their responsibilities.
Who are the MHRA?
The MHRA are the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency. They are responsible for regulating both medicines and medical devices in the UK. They do this by making these products work and are safe for use, as well as inspecting the companies that work with them. Read more

I cannot access my course
Having trouble with accessing your course, not a problem, please try logging out and logging back in, if you are still experiencing difficulties please call our team on 0330 133 0920.
Where can I find my certificates?
Hover over the account button (the first option at the top right of the page) and choose My Courses. There you will find all the courses you have purchased and on any completed courses a certificate icon appears in green at the right hand side, click this icon to access your certificate.

How do I change my password?
Hover over the account button (the first option at the top right of the page) and choose Account. Here you will find a list of options on the left hand side, including ‘Change Password’. You will need to include your current password as well as the new one.
If you can’t login because you cannot remember your password, click the forgotten password option on the login page. An email will be sent to the address you used to sign up which will allow you to change your password.

Why has my course expired?
All courses have a 30 day expiry, if the course has expired and you need more time please email info@paradigmshiftconsulting.co.uk with your name and email address and we will extend this time period for you.
My course is not working or allowing me to progress
If this is happening please call our technical team on 0330 133 0920 and we will be able resolve the problem as soon as possible.
